Step 1:
Rapping your home in a moisture barrier, Precision #1 uses a product made by DuPont called Tyvek HomeWrap.
Which will makes your insulation work much better because it reduces airflow through the wall, helps prevent moisture buildup in the wall cavity and lastly provides resistance to water penetration. |
Step 2:
Installing a layer of insulation, Precision #1 uses a product from Amocor called fanfold underlayment.
With this product your monthly energy bills will be reduced because this product captures the energy lost from unwanted airflow.
It reduces the air infiltration by covering the cracks and crevices in the old wall and helping the existing insulation to work more efficiently.
